|about our socks
Our Plantar Fasciitis Compression Foot Sleeves are made of 78% nylon and 22% spandex. The fabric is both moisture-wicking and anti-odor.
Are the socks sweat resistant?
Yes! Our socks are made of a moisture-wicking fabric that will keep your feet cool and dry.
How tight are the socks? Are they comfortable?
Our socks do have a relatively snug fit in order for the compression to work its magic, but rest assured they are not so tight that you can't move! You'll have full range of motion while wearing the socks, and we personally find them to be very comfortable. They should feel almost like a second skin.
Are the socks washable?
Yes! The socks can be machine washed in cold water and then hung to dry. We don't recommend putting them in the dryer because some shrinkage may occur.
Can I go running while wearing compression socks?
Absolutely! You can wear them while going about your daily activities, including during exercise such as running. In fact, some runners and athletes won't work out without them.
Should compression sleeves be worn underneath regular socks or on their own?
Our compression sleeves can be worn either on their own or layered directly underneath your favorite pair of non-compression socks.
Should I wear compression sleeves during or after activity?
Compression sleeves can be worn during activity, after activity, or both! Some studies have shown that compression sleeves increase circulation by up to 40% during activity and up to 30% after activity—so you'll experience benefits either way!
How does compression work?
Compression helps to increase the blood flow to the area surrounding the socks, which in turn speeds up recovery and decreases muscle soreness. Visit our Technology page for more information on the science behind compression.
